Urban Services is owned and operated by Daniell Urban, who uses
CaseCATalyst 4
software.
Daniell has currently been scoping for over four years and was trained and mentored 
by an experienced scopist.
This
training
is currently being supplemented with
Judy Barrett's online training
course,
which includes steno training.
Daniell has over six years proofreading experience during her career in the
pharmaceutical
industry and has obtained MOUS (Microsoft Office User Specialist)
certification in
Microsoft
Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. She's also an associate
member of the
National
Court Reporters
Association (NCRA) and follows the guidelines
and rules outlined in Morson's Guide
for Court Reporters.
